Hawke's Bay Conferences

Hawkes Bay Map

Indulgence is a word that’s often associated with the Hawke’s Bay region. The climate is kind and the land is highly productive, so vineyards, orchards and gourmet food specialists are thriving - much to the delight of visiting conference groups.

Before and After

A logical holiday extension to your Hawke’s Bay conference would be a self-drive journey around East Cape and up through the Coromandel, or down to Wellington and the Marlborough wine region.

Try these driving routes:

Auckland - Whakatane - Napier (5 Days)
The Pacific Coast Highway is a touring route that links Hawke’s Bay to Auckland. For much of the way the road hugs the coast, delivering large amounts of dramatic ocean scenery. Divert to Coromandel Peninsula along the way, for a day or two of beach life.

Napier -Wellington - Blenheim (3 Days)
A love of fine wine will drive you to choose this route. Taste fine wines from Hawke's Bay, Martinborough and Marlborough. This route is also known as the Classic New Zealand Wine Trail.

TESTIMONIAL: Raewyn Goodwin, Business Growth Programmes Manager, The University of Auckland Business School
"Having to organise a conference, and not being familiar with the Hawke's Bay area, I contacted the Hawke's Bay Wine Country Convention Bureau and was delighted with the fast and efficient service I received from them. They sent me a list of venues with contact details, website addresses and a little bit of detail about each. It was exactly what I was looking for and made my job a lot easier."
